80 Women Entrepreneurs. 3 Rounds. 1 Winning Pitch.
(MASSAPEQUA, NY) May 18, 2019 –Slick Lizard Design is pleased to announce we have been selected as one of 80 aspiring women-owned businesses to compete in WBENCPitch at the 2019 National Conference & Business Fair taking place June 25th – June 27th in Baltimore, MD.
The WBENCPitch is a large, tournament-style elevator pitch competition for WBENC-Certified Women’s Business Enterprises (WBEs). In Round One, eighty women entrepreneurs will deliver their best 90 second elevator pitch to a panel of judges from around the WBENC network. Twenty competitors will move on to the semi-finals for a second round of pitching, this time with two minutes to pitch and short Q&A with judges. Four competitors will make it to the final round where they will have three minutes to deliver their best pitch live onstage in front of all conference attendees.
PepsiCo will generously present the WBE with the winning pitch a grand prize of $15,000 and strategic mentoring provided by WBENC in partnership with PepsiCo.
