End-User Return Policy

This product refund policy applies to the direct end user purchaser. It does not apply to dealers, distributors or any other third parties in a distribution chain who purchase product for resale, nor does it cover products purchased through online auction websites or channels other than Slick Lizard Design’s website.

If you purchased a product directly from Slick Lizard Design through our website, www.slicklizarddesign.com and you’re dissatisfied for any reason, send it back within thirty (30) days of the date of the original purchase for your refund. No RMA number is needed for the return. Any shipping and handling fees incurred on your original order will not be refunded.

Please follow the instructions on your packing slip to facilitate a smooth return of your product. You will need to address your return package and apply sufficient postage. Be sure to include all required documentation, and drop it off at the carrier’s location.

Slick Lizard Design, LLC., is not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit to our returns center. We recommend that you ship your returned products to us via a trackable shipment method. Promptly following Slick Lizard Design’s receipt of your returned product (typically within 7-10 business days), we will credit the amount paid for the returned product (less any shipping costs/handling expenses related to the original purchase, which are non-refundable) to the payment method you used to make the original purchase.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Slick Lizard Design, LLC., does not control when a specific company processes a chargeback transaction. Slick Lizard Design, LLC., will not provide a refund for a product that I received at our returns center more than thirty (30) days after the date of the original purchase. Slick Lizard Design also does not provide a refund for returned products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use.

Reseller/Wholesale Return Policy

This product refund policy applies to resellers/wholesale accounts. It does not apply to direct end user purchasers.

All reseller/wholesale sales are final. Defective goods will be replaced at no charge. If you made a wholesale purchase and wish to exchange defective product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery for an RMA number. Our receiving department will not accept returns without an RMA. No replacement product or credit will be issued for merchandise that is not available for return.
